It’s our Passion and our Livelihood.
Three generations of our family have come together to create a business to support and inspire fiber artists (old and new), help preserve and promote heritage arts and crafts and promote small farms producing fiber and fiber animals.
Our family has been raising prize winning wool sheep and working with fiber on Discovery Farm since 2006. It’s our mission to help people learn what to look for in a good fleece and how to process it to showcase the beauty of the fiber.
We enjoy taking the raw fiber and transforming it into products like roving, batts and yarn that will then be used to create beautiful heirloom items. We also enjoy hand-crafting wooden looms & weaving accessories and teaching workshops on felting, spinning, weaving and more. If you ever have a question about fiber, we hope you will give us a call.
